We continually assess the quality of the health care we provide so you can be sure our services are of the highest standard. We value your feedback to help improve our services.

Please tell us if our team is doing a good job. Equally please let us know if you are unhappy with our service. We take your concerns, suggestions, and complaints seriously and use feedback to grow and improve. 

We have a suggestion/comments box at the front reception counter. Please feel free to fill out the form in the waiting room and drop it into the box. If you wish to speak to someone personally please ask at reception. ​​​

We work hard to ensure you have access to the right health care in 5, 10, 20 years from today and beyond.

Please contact the Practice Manager immediately should you have a complaint.

Northpoint Medical & Skin Centre will acknowledge promptly any complaint received, investigate impartially the grievance, and inform the complainant of the findings and action taken.

If you feel that your complaint constitutes serious medical misconduct and you need to discuss the matter outside the practice you may contact the Health and Disability Commissioner at:
