What does this mean?
Level 3 for you means staying at home unless you must leave for essential activities.
For the safety of our patients, staff, and the wider community, we continue to offer telephone/video consultations. Please click the link to find out more about how our remote consults work. Face-to-face appointments are available where necessary and subject to clinical review. Please contact us to organize an appointment. It is vital that patient’s phone in advance for appointments. Please bear with us if you cannot get through on the phone immediately. (We understand demand is high and phone wait times can be long, we appreciate your patience and understanding).
If your request is non-urgent, please leave a message on the voice mail service. Our reception staff will return your call.
Our after-hours service and Saturdays are suspended until further notice. We will continue to be operational between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday STRICTLY by APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
Our Skin Cancer Clinic is OPEN for Skin Cancer Treatments and Wound reviews.

Northpoint Medical & Skin Centre has convenient sheltered parking available for our patients and visitors from 8.00 am to 5.45 pm Monday to Friday.
We are located at the end of Library Lane, Albany.
Basement parking is available for our patients and visitors just below Tenor Apartments on Level B1 – follow the indicative parking signs.
Please park in the BLUE ZONE.
Access for disabled parking is available on the same level – B1.
Please use the lift access to come up to the lobby, straight through the glass doors on Ground Floor, and turn left to Northpoint Medical & Skin Centre.
